Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made upfront for any Endeavour Learning Group face to face or online Short Course booking. Bookings without payment are not considered secure bookings. Bookings that require an invoice will only be considered ‘firm’ for the term of that invoice.
Endeavour Learning Group reserves the right to cancel, close or reschedule short courses. In the event of Endeavour Learning Group cancelling or rescheduling a course, participants have the option of transferring their booking to an alternative date, transferring to a different course of equal value, or holding balance in credit to use on a future Endeavour Learning Group short course.
In the event you are unable to attend you are eligible to transfer to an alternative date or course of equal value or send a substitute in your place however no refunds will be issued.
