Swedish Massage is one of the most popular forms of bodywork and creates a great sense of relaxation, reducing muscle tension, stress, strains and pains.
This Entry Level short course is designed as an introduction to massage therapy and covers a range of the practical and theoretical principals required to perform a Swedish therapeutic massage. This short course equips the participant with the skills and knowldge to provide family and friends with a 45 minute full body relaxation massage.
In this two day short course you will learn:

A full body Swedish massage routine
This short course is designed for anyone interested in beginning a career in remedial therapies, or for learning Swedish massage in a fun and friendly learning environment. Given the practical nature of this course, it is great to do with a friend or family member.
Class times: Full day classes run from 9am-4:30pm.
