Tui Na is a traditional style of Chinese massage which is performed on a fully clothed client.
Tui Na works on the body holistically by addressing the tension in muscles and joints as well as the body’s energy that flows through a system of meridians (used in Traditional Chinese Medicine). This energy is known as Qi and in this context Tui Na specifically targets the body’s numerous forms of Qi by clearing any blockages along the acupuncture meridians and points.
