Endeavour Short Courses

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this web site. In using this web site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Terminology

In these terms and conditions, the expressions 'we', 'us' and 'our' are a reference to Endeavour College of Natural Health and related corporations.

Pricing

All transactions are displayed and processed in AUD.

Student Age Limit

We reserve the right to refuse enrolment to students who are under the age of 18.

Course Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule short courses if the number of attendees is insufficient to run a course, or for other reasons in extenuating circumstances. In the event a short course is cancelled or rescheduled Endeavour College does not accept responsibility for the cancellation of travel arrangements and or accommodation. Student bookings will be transferred to the next available date or given the option to transfer their booking to another short course.  Endeavour College Short Courses does not issue refunds.  

Removal from a course

We reserve the right to refuse a student entry into a short course due to inappropriate behaviour of any kind. A lecturer can ask a student to leave a short course if they are causing a disruption to others in the class. If a student is removed from a short course they will not be entitled to receive a refund for the cost of their course, or be reimbursed for any travel expenses.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates cannot be used by anyone other than the person it is purchased for.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or to be used as credit for another course of study other than an Endeavour Short Course.

If the whole amount is not used for one short course the remaining credit cannot be released as a cash refund. The balance must be used or forfeited.

In the event of a course cancellation another short course date or short course can be selected of equal value only.

Gift certificates cannot be purchased for persons under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also enrolling into the short course.

In the event that the enrolled person cannot attend the short course the College must be contacted at least 48 hrs prior to the course date or the gift certificate is void and cannot be used for another short course. If the enrolled person is ill a medical/practitioner certificate must be provided  to enable the course credit to be transferred to another short course date or short course. Extenuating circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis by the Short Course Department.

The short course gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. After 12 months the gift certificate becomes invalid.

If the chosen short course is of a higher value to the amount of the gift certificate the remaining balance must be paid upon redeeming the gift certificate.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this web site. Your continued use of the web site following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss damage, however caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of this web site or any linked web site, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through this web site.
